摘要
[目的]了解合肥市助产士疲劳状况、工作倦怠与应对方式之间的关系,为探讨管理对策提供参考。[方法]采用随机整群抽样,运用FAI疲劳评定量表、Maslach工作倦怠量表和特质应对方式问卷对我市76名助产士和74名产科护士进行问卷调查。[结果]助产士疲劳总分及各因子得分显著高于产科护士,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);助产士在情感枯竭和去人格化两个维度上疲溃感高于产科护士,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05);助产士积极应对分值低于产科护士,消极应对分值高于产科护士,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);助产士的疲劳程度与情感枯竭、去人格化、消极应对呈正相关,与个人成就感、积极应对呈负相关(P<0.01)。[结论]护理管理者应重视助产士的疲劳问题,针对性地采取有效措施,以减轻护士的疲劳程度,缓解其工作倦怠,提高其积极应对技巧。
Objective. To know about the correlation among fatigue sta- tus,job burnout and coping styles of midwives in Hefei city,so as to provide references for management strategies. Methods: using random clus ter sampling,76 midwives and 74 obstetric nurses were investigated by using FAI Fatigue Assessment Scale, Maslach Burnout Inventory and the Trait Coping Style Questionnaire. Results. The total score of fatigue of midwives and the factor scores were higher than that of obstetric nurses (P〈0.05). Midwives burnout of midwives in the two dimensions of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization was more serious than that of obstetric nurses,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05) ; positive coping scores of midwives were lower than that of obstetric nurses, and negative coping scores were higher than obstetric nurses (P〈0.05). Fatigue level of midwives was positively correlated with emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and negative coping, was negatively correlated with personal accomplishment and positive coping (P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion: Midwife nursing managers should pay attention to the fatigue problem, and targeted to take effective measures to reduce nurses' fatigue and ease their job burnout and improve their positive coping skills.
