摘要
腰椎退行性疾病是脊柱外科的常见病、多发病。传统的腰椎融合术曾被认为是治疗该病的金标准,但大量研究证明椎体融合后加速了邻近节段的退变,会导致腰椎不稳和腰椎管狭窄的复发。因此,一种能最大程度地保护脊柱的动态功能、维持腰椎正常的应力分布、预防继发性邻近节段退变的非融合技术开始受到重视。该文主要从基础研究、设计理念、临床应用及存在的问题等方面对腰椎棘突间非融合技术的发展现状予以综述。
Lumbar degenerative disease of the spine is common and frequently occurring disease. The traditional technique of lumbar fusion has been considered the gold standard for treatment of the disease, but a large number of studies have shown that fusion accelerated the adjacent segment degeneration, causing lum- bar instability and lumbar spinal stenosis recurrence,in this context, exploring a fusion technology which can protect spinal dynamic function to the maximum extent, to maintain lumbar normal stress distribution, and prevent secondary adjacent'segment degeneration begins to get wide attention. Here is to make a review of development of the basic research and design concept, clinical application, problems of lumbar interspinous non-fusion technology.
