摘要
某型AMT在试验时频繁出现打齿问题。本文从换档原理入手分析可能的原因,最后确定为同步环失效导致同步容量不足所致;针对同步环失效提出多种解决方案,并确定应用最容易实施的方案即提高同步环摩擦系数。试验结果表明,该方案效果明显。
To the breaking gear problem for an AMT during testing,the authors analyze the probable cause from the shift theory,then discover that the invalidation of synchronizer is the main cause. To the invalidation of synchronizer,they put forward some solving measures and determine to adopt the easiest solving measure,that is enhancing the synchronizer friction factor. The testing results prove this is obviously effective.
