摘要
根据某空调换热器翅片制件的形状尺寸,从提高散热效率和降低制造成本等方面考虑,对翅片的片型进行了选择并确定了其结构尺寸;通过对空调换热器翅片制件的冲压工艺性及冲压工艺方案的分析,确定了包括6次拉伸、冲孔、二次翻边、切边、分条和切断及空工位在内的21工位级进冲压的工艺方案;对制件排样图进行了设计,并最终设计出了一副合理的空调换热器翅片用多工位级进模。
According to the shape and size of the heat exchanger fin, the type and the detailed size of the fin was designed based on the consideration of enhancing the heat dissipation efficiency and decreasing the manufacturing cost. The 21 stations progressive stamping procedure including the six times deep drawing, punching, twice flanging, trimming, slitting, cutting and idle station was determined by the analyzing of the stamping processes and schemes of the fin. The layout of the progressive stamping of fin was designed, and a set of reasonable multi-progressive stamping die used for the fin of heat exchanger was designed finally.
