摘要
报道了超声波促进一锅法合成标题化合物的方法。与经典Biginelli反应条件相比,它具有产率高、反应时间短和操作简单等优点。优化条件为:物料比n(苯甲醛)∶n(乙酰乙酸乙酯)∶n(硫脲)∶n(氨基磺酸)=1∶1∶2∶0.7,超声波振荡90 min,反应温度40℃。优化条件下产率84%。产物经IR、1HNMR表征与结构相符。
One-pot synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2 ( 1 H ) - thiones was promoted by ultrasonic. Compared with the classi-cal Biginelli reaction,the reaction time is short, operation is simple and the yield is high. The optimum conditions were de-scribed as follows:the molar ratio of beuzaldehyde, ethyl ace-toacetate,thiourea and amino sulfonic acid is 1: 1:2: 0. 7, re-action time is 1.5 h, temperature is 40 ℃, and the yield is up to 84%. The structure of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2 ( 1H ) -thione was confirmed with IR and ^1HNMR.
