摘要
无刷爪极发电机因励磁调节方便、结构简单等优点逐渐得到了广泛的应用,但也存在漏磁严重、爪极易饱和等缺点。研究了一种电励磁无刷爪极发电机,对结构特点和工作原理进行了讨论,并利用三维有限元分析软件仿真分析了爪极尺寸结构与径向气隙平均磁密及材料饱和度的关系,以便在对爪极电机设计时,可据此来确定合适的爪极转子参数。
In consideration of the problems of complex structure and low reliability in electric excitation claw-pole machines with brush-loop,the electric excitation brushless claw-pole generators have been widely used because of good magnetic field regulation performance and simple structure,however,they also have disadvantages of severe magnetic flux leakage and easy saturation.A special electric excitation brushless claw-pole generator was proposed.The structure configuration and operational principle were discussed.The relations between the parameters of the claw-pole rotor with the radial air-gap average flux density and saturation of the materials were analyzed by using 3D-FEM software,in order that while designing the claw-pole motors,the appropriate claw-pole rotor parameters can be determined.
