摘要
测试了不同层数玻纤布制成的玻璃钢拉伸强度和弹性模量.结果发现:布层数对玻璃钢拉伸性能有一定的影响,特别是当布层数少于5层时,影响很明显.因此,在进行薄壁玻璃钢产品(包括蜂窝芯子、波纹芯子等)设计时,必须计及布层数对其性能所产生的影响.
The tensile strength and elastic modulus of glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP), which was made by different layers of glass fiber fabric, were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the fabric layer numbers have some influences on the tensile properties of GFRP, especially, in the case of fabric layer numbers less than 5. So, it is essential that calculating the effect of fabric layer numbers on the tensile properties of GFRP when designing thin wall GFRP products(including honeycomb core, waviness core,etc.).
