摘要
利用光学显微镜、热台显微镜以及TG、X射线衍射分析等手段研究具有不同砂岩颗粒度配合料的熔制过程,从中找出优化的砂岩颗粒级配方案.结果表明:砂岩颗粒过粗会严重影响玻璃熔制过程,应将砂岩颗粒尺寸控制在26目筛下;而砂岩细粉对玻璃熔制过程的影响较为复杂,应将砂岩颗粒尺寸控制在150目筛上;120~150目之间的细粉含量则应控制在1%~2%之间.
Optical microscope, high temperature microscope, TGA and XRD were used to study the influence of sand particle size on the process of batch melting. Optimized particle size range was obtained. Coarse sand has bad influence on glass melting. Finer sand has complex influence on glass melting. The sand size should be controlled from 26 to 150 meshes. Particles from 120 to 150 meshes should be controlled within the content(in mass) of 1% to 2%.
