摘要 预应力混凝土变截面箱梁桥底板崩裂原因众多,未设防崩钢筋或者防崩钢筋设置不足是主要原因之一,因此研究防崩钢筋对防治底板崩裂有现实意义。基于防崩钢筋在工程设计模糊的现状和预应力混凝土变截面箱梁桥底板崩裂事故频发的问题,通过取防崩钢筋离散体进行力学分析,建立了静力学平衡方程,分析推导出防崩钢筋协助波纹管孔肋抗剪和协助孔肋抗拉的作用效应,最后综合推导出防崩钢筋验算公式,并通过工程实例证明了本文研究的合理性。本文所推导的防崩钢筋验算公式可供底板抗崩设计借鉴参考之用。 The lack of anti-collapse steel reinforcement is one of the numerous main causes leading to bursting crack in bottom slab of PC variable cross-sectional box-girder bridge. To control bursting cracks, it is of practical significance to study anti-collapse steel reinforcement. To cope with the ambiguous situation on designing of anti-collapse steel reinforcement in engineering and the frequent accidents of bursting cracks in bottom slabs of PC variable cross-sectional box-girder bridges, by analyzing the discrete parts of anti-collapse steel reinforcement, the static equilibrium equations are established, and the assisting action effects of anti- collapse steel reinforcement on bellow ribs in shear and tensile resistance are analyzed and derived. Finally, the checking formula of anti-collapse steel reinforcement is derived, which can serve as a reference for the anti-collapse design of bottom slab, and the rationality of this research is testified by engineering examples. The obtained formula for anti-collapse steel reinforcement can serve as a reference for anti-collapse design of bottom slab.
