摘要
文章整理总结徐珊教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临证诊疗特色。徐珊教授认为溃疡性结肠炎病机非常复杂,本病总属本虚标实、寒热交错之证,以脾虚为本,湿、热、瘀、滞为标。活动期多以湿热内蕴为主,缓解期则以脾虚湿胜、气滞血瘀为主。治疗上则应遵循补泻兼施,寒热并用,气血同调,内外共治四个原则。
With the clinical division, collating and summarizing the clinical diagnosis and treatment characteristics of treating ulcerative colitis by professor XU Shan. Professor XU Shan considers that ulcerative colitis has very complex pathogenesis because of its syndrome of cold-heat complex, root vacuity and tip repletion. Spleen Qi deficiency is the root, and wet, hot, stasis and stagnation are the tip. Damp-heat brewing internally occurs at the active phase, while spleen vacuity with damp encumbrance. Qi stagnation and blood stasis arise at the remission stage. The treatment should follow the four principles： supplementation and draining, both cold and heat, harmonizing Qi and blood, treating both interior and exterior.
