摘要
目的 研究葡萄球菌对克林霉素诱导型耐药性,为临床合理用药提供依据.方法 对我院2010年1月~2012年12月分离的葡萄球菌进行克林霉素药敏测试(D试验)的数据进行回顾性分析.结果 分离得到115株葡萄球菌,97株表皮葡萄球菌、125株溶血葡萄球菌、14株其他葡萄球菌.葡萄球菌对于克林霉素的耐药情况分别为:金葡菌75.5%,表皮葡萄球菌65.2%,溶血葡萄球菌62.1%.15株对克林霉素耐药亚群的MIC为9~12 mg/L,其发生频率为10-4~10-3,其中11株金葡菌,4株溶血性葡萄球菌.将细菌进行传代培养后进行5种抗生素药敏显示,对克林霉素敏感5株,中介7株,耐药9株,敏感率23.8%利福平敏感2株,耐药4株,敏感率33.3%;左氧氟沙星敏感1株、耐药8株,敏感率11.1%,万古霉素敏感2株、中介7株,敏感率22.2%;四环素敏感3株,耐药6株,敏感率50%.结论 葡萄球菌对于克林霉素耐药率高,敏感率低,D试验阳性率高,对葡萄球菌耐药性应进行敏感性试验和D试验.
[ Objective ] To study the staphylococcus to clindamycin induction type resistance, provide a basis for clinical rational drug use. [Methods] The clinical data from January 2010 to December 2012 separate staphylococ- cus to clindamycin drug sensitive test (D test) data were retrospectively analyzed. [ Results ] 115 strains separated for staphylococcus aureus, 97 strains of staphylococcus epidermidis, 125 strains of staphylococci haemolyticus, 14 other strains of staphylococcus aureus. Staphylococcus for clindamycin resistance of respectively is: aureaus 75.5%, staphylococcus epidermidis 65.2%, staphylococci haemolyticus 62.1%. 15 strains to clindamyein resistance and the group of MIC for 9-12 rag/L, its occurrence frequency for 10-4-10-3, 11 of which strain aureus, 4 strains hemolytic staphylococcus. Will bacteria after subculture 5 kinds of antibiotics sensitive display, clindamycin sensitive 5 strains, intermediary 7 strains, resistance 9 strains, sensitive rate 23.8% rifampicin sensitive 2 strains, resistance 4 strains, sensitive rate 33.3%; Levofloxacin sensitive 1 strain resistance, eight strains, sensitive rate -11.1%, vancomycin sen- sitive 2 strains, intermediary 7 strains, sensitive rate 22.2%; Tetracycline sensitive 3 strains, resistant 6 strains, sen- sitive rate 50%. [ Conclusions ] Staphylococcus for clindamycin resistance, high sensitive rate is low, D-test positive rate is high, the detection staphylococcus for its resistance shall conduct sensitivity test and D test.
