摘要
纳米炭黑是聚丙烯腈纤维原液着色的关键材料之一,以改性丙烯酸酯嵌段共聚物(SUA020)为分散剂,采用超声波处理制备了以二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为分散介质的纳米炭黑,探讨了纳米炭黑对聚丙烯腈纤维原液性能的影响。结果表明在炭黑质量分数为10%,SUA020对炭黑质量分数为20%,在超声波处理功率为600 W条件下分散20 min,所制备纳米炭黑的粒径为108.7 nm。纳米炭黑在聚丙烯腈纤维原液中具有良好的相容性和稳定性,当纳米炭黑对纤维干重为9.0%时,所制备原液着色聚丙烯腈浆膜的K/S值达到最高。
Nanoscale carbon black is one of the important colorants for the dope dyeing of polyacry- lonitrile (PAN) fibers. This paper prepared the nanoscale carbon black with acrylate block copoly- mer(SUA020) as the dispersant and dimethylformamide (DMF) as dispersing media by ultrasonic technology. The effect of nanoscale carbon black on the dope properties PAN fibers was investigated. The results showed that the nanoseale carbon black with particle size 108.7 nm could be prepared when the mass fraction of carbon black was 10% , SUA020 to carbon black 20% (mass fraction) , ultrasonic power 600 W and ultrasonic treating time 20 min. The nanoscale carbon black has excellent compatibility and stability with the dope of PAN fibers. The K/S value of the membrane prepared form PAN fiber dope and nanoscale carbon black reached the maximum when the amount of nanoscale carbon black weight was 9%.
