摘要
伴随劳动力成本的提升,自动化技术正快速进入中国的制造业,通过对企业采用自动化技术的微观机制的研究将有助于更好理解和利用自动化技术。结合纺织服装类企业选择的特征和影响因素,构建了微观层面纺织服装类企业自动化技术采纳行为模型,分析了主观规范和任务技术匹配2类外部因素对纺织服装类企业自动化技术采纳的影响机制和影响程度。结果表明:主观规范和任务技术匹配不仅通过影响对技术的认知而间接地影响使用意向,而且直接影响使用意向进而影响实际使用;相对任务技术匹配,主观规范对企业自动化技术的采用行为影响更大;而且技术接受模型对探寻生产技术和设备的采用行为同样适用。
As labor cost increasing, automatic technology is massively used in China's manufacturing industry in a rapid way. The study for the microscopic mechanism of automatic technology's adoption is benificial to the understandinding and use of automatic technology. The article puts forward a model of automatic technology acceptance for the textile and clothing enterprises based on the characteristics and affecting factors of textile and clothing enterprises' technology choosing, and analyzes how the two external factors-subjective norm and task-technology fit affect textile and clothing enterprises' technology choosing as well as the extent of the affection. The results of empirical study show that the two variables not only indirectly affect technology use through affecting technical cognition, but also directly affect technology use intention, and affect the further actual use. The influence of subjective norm to textile and clothing enterprises' technology choosing is stronger than task-technology fit. The study also shows that technology acceptance model applies to the behavior of sourcing production technology and adoption of equipment as well.
