摘要
通过5个假设模型,定性分析了引入电镀反渗透废水回用系统后,溶解性固体和处理水量对污水处理系统的影响。分析表明,每个模型都不可避免地存在中水回用率、排放标准、系统处理能力之间的冲突。电镀企业只有对电镀废水进行预处理、混凝沉淀、生物处理、深度处理、反渗透废水再生、反渗透浓水处理,才可能满足严格的环保法规要求。
On the basis of five hypothetical models, the influence of dissolved solids and treatment capacity on wastewater treatment system was qualitatively analyzed after incorporating reuse system of reverse osmosis (RO)-treated electroplating wastewater. It is concluded that every mode has some inevitable conflicts among the reclaimed water reuse rate, discharge limit, and treatment capacity. Only by using multi-techniques including pretreatment, coagulation/ sedimentation, biological treatment, deep treatment, regeneration of reverse osmosis-treated wastewater, and treatment of concentrated water from reverse osmosis, the discharge of electroplating wastewater can meet the strict requirements of environmental laws.
