摘要
从实证角度探究组织中团队间学习环境、学习模式与团队间学习绩效之间的关系。在现有文献的基础上提出五条假设,选取连云港市15家高新技术企业作实证研究,利用SPSS 17.0对各变量进行了回归分析,得出团队间学习模式会对学习绩效产生影响,团队间学习环境影响学习模式,团队间学习模式在学习环境与学习绩效间的关系中起中介作用。
From an empirical point of view, the thesis explores the relationships of teams learning environment, learning modes and teams learning performance in the organization. Firstly, five assumptions are proposed based on the existing lit- erature. Then, 15 high -tech enterprises in Lianyungang are selected to do the empirical research, and SPSS 17. 0 is used to make regression analysis on each variable. Finally, the thesis concludes that teams learning modes impact on learning performance, teams learning environment has effect on learning modes, and team learning modes play an intermediary role in the relationship between learning environment and performance.
