阳台式太阳能热水系统性能及分析

摘要 对阳台式太阳能热水系统进行了应用效果的测试:当太阳辐射量为17 MJ/m2时,太阳能集热系统单位轮廓采光面积的日有用得热量为4.73 MJ/m2,小于评定合格值;热水系统温升为20℃,小于评定合格值;贮水箱保温性能△t sd为6.2℃,符合评定合格值,水箱保温良好;贮水箱最终出水温度达到51℃,能满足配水点最低水温要求。分析表明,造成阳台式太阳能热水系统集热效果达不到合格标准是由于集热器安装倾角过大、上下层集热器的自遮挡和建筑的隔墙遮挡所致。文章提出,应用在高层建筑的集热器可分散设置在屋顶和南向外墙的外挑板上,并采取上下错层的布置方式。 In order to study the performance, site tests were conducted on available balcony type solar water heating systems. According to the test results, when solar radiance is up to 17 MJ/m^2, daily useful heat energy of single aperture area equals 4.73 MJ/m2, which is less than the evaluation standard value; The temperature rise of the hot water system is 20 ~C, which is also less than the evaluation standard value; Thermal insulation property of water storage tank △tsd is 6.2 ℃, which is in accordance with standard value; The final outlet water temperature of the tank is 51 ℃ which satisfies the minimum temperature points of distribution. The analysis shows that the heat collection performance of balcony type solar water heating system is restricted by the installation angle of the collector, self-shield of the upper collector and surrounding wails. It is concluded that in high-rise buildings, collector can be set up dispersedly on the roof and out-extended slabs of south wall with an arrangement style of split level.
