超声引导经皮微波消融肝癌235例并发症分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的分析总结超声引导经皮微波消融肝癌的并发症。方法回顾4年来我院采用超声引导下经皮穿刺微波消融肝癌235例(共321个结节)并发症的发生情况。结果 235例中有严重程度不等的并发症48例,其中穿刺处严重疼痛5例,结肠穿孔1例,胆漏3例,肝脓肿1例,胸腔积液6例,血胸1例,消融后坏死组织持续外排1例,穿刺点种植1例,肝被膜下出血27例,皮肤灼伤1例,消融进程中心跳减慢1例。其余均为一般并发症。结论超声引导经皮穿刺微波消融肝癌虽系微创治疗,操作不当即会有严重并发症发生,操作者应当要有足够的经验和术前论证,以便减少严重并发症的发生。
