摘要
目的研究多形性日光疹危险因素与HLA-DQA1,DQB1等位基因的交互作用。方法采用病例-对照方法调查多形性日光疹发病的危险因素,采用PCR-SBT方法检测HLA-DQA1,DQB1等位基因;对危险因素与HLA-DQA1,DQB1等位基因的交互作用进行研究。结果吸烟因素与易感基因HLA-DQA1*0102及DQB1*0302存在交互作用,防晒因素与保护基因HLA-DQB1*0201存在交互作用。结论多形性日光疹的发生可能是由易感基因与危险因素交互作用的结果,而保护因素与保护性基因的交互结果可能对多形性日光疹的发生共同起到保护性作用。
Objective To explore the interaction of HLA-DQA1, DQB1 alleles and risk factors in polymorphic light e- ruption. Methods Investigating the risk factors of polymorphous light eruption by case-control method. PCR- SBT method was used to examine the HLA-DQA1, DQB1 alleles. Research the interaction of HLA-DQA] , DQB1 alleles and risk factors. Results There was an interaction between smoking factors and susceptibility genes(HLA-DQA1 * 0102 and DQBI * 0302). Apart from this, the protective gene( HLA-DQB1 * 0201 ) and sun protection factor were interaction. Conclusion PLE may occur by the interaction of susceptibility genes and risk factors, and protective factors interacted with the protective genes may play a protective role in the pathogenesis of PLE.
