摘要 在厚煤层工作面上、下巷道采用单体支柱超前支护量已经达到60m,随着回采的循环推进,单体支柱前移一般依靠人工搬运,严重威胁着工人的人身安全。本文所介绍的机械移柱装置采用液压驱动、整体自移、准确定位和适应不同巷道坡度变化的工作方式,不仅能够满足现场的工作要求,极大地减轻了工人的劳动强度,而且提高了工作效率,保证了安全生产。 Using single prop in thick coal seam working face has reached 60 m of advanced support amount. With the cycle propulsion of recovery, single prop generally use the manual handling advancing which cause seriously threatened for workers safety. The paper introduces that mechanical shift column device is driven by hydraulic pressure, whole part self-advancing and accurate positioning which can adapt to working mode by changing different tunnel slope and could meet the work requirements. This device could significantly reduce the labor intensity, im- prove the work efficiency and ensure safety in production.
