摘要
目的:研究大孔吸附树脂富集纯化射干抗炎、抗病毒、止咳及抑菌总黄酮药效物质成分的工艺参数。方法:分别以射干中抗炎、抗病毒、止咳及抑菌药效物质成分组为指标,采用动态吸附及静态吸附实验,对工艺条件进行考查。结果:7种比例的D101大孔吸附树脂和聚酰胺中,D101大孔吸附树脂具有最佳的吸附及洗脱参数,最佳吸附条件:药液浓度为0.4 g·mL-1;最佳洗脱条件:用6 BV的20%乙醇洗涤除质,再用8 BV的80%乙醇以5 BV·h-1洗脱。结论:本方法可得到较纯的射干抗炎、抗病毒、抑菌药效物质有效部位群,方法简单易行。
Objective : To investigate the technological parameters of the purification process of effective substance from Belam- canda chinensis with macroporous absorption resin. Methods :The technical process for purification of effective substance was with the optimal macroporotls absorption. Results :The D101 macroporous absorption resin had the best separating efficiency when the flavones content in the liquid was 0.4 g · mL^- 1 (equivalent to raw material) , and the volume of 80% ethanol as eluant 8 BV with desorption -power 5 BV· h^-1. Conclusion:The treatment o f regenerated resin is easy and this method is advisable.
