摘要
利用正交试验研究不同酚醛胶粘剂浓度、热压工艺(热压温度和时间)对染色重组竹材性能的影响,结果表明:为了保证染色竹材胶合的强度,染色后的竹材应进行碱液中和;不同因素对染色重组竹材的色差影响大小依次为:酚醛胶的浓度>热压温度>热压时间;不同因素对染色重组竹材的静曲强度影响大小依次为:酚醛胶的浓度>热压温度>热压时间;方差分析表明,胶的浓度对色差的影响最显著,而热压温度和时间对染色重组竹材的色差影响不显著;胶的浓度对染色重组竹材的静曲强度影响最显著,热压温度影响显著,时间影响不显著;染色重组竹材在浓度为25%、热压温度为130℃、热压时间为1 min/mm时,染色重组竹材的性能最好。
Experiments were conducted on effect of different concentration of phenol-formaldehyde adhesive, hot pressing technology(temperature and time) on properties of recombinant bamboo, using orthogonal test. The results showed that the influencing factors to color difference of recombinant bamboo were as followed: concentration of phenol-formaldehyde adhesive〉hot pressing temperature〉hot pressing time, and that to MOR were: concentration of phenol-formaldehyde adhesive〉hot pressing temperature〉hot pressing time. Analysis of variance demonstrated that the optimal technology for produce recombinant dyeing bamboo by dyed bamboo was: 25% of phenol-formaldehyde adhesive, at 130℃ pressing temperature with pressing time of 1 min/mm.
