摘要
在金属切削加工过程中,一方面需要合适的金属去除率,另一方面需要保证加工质量,并尽可能降低刀具的磨损,延长刀具使用寿命。切削力是对加工质量和刀具寿命的重要影响因素,为此,论文利用正交试验法,分析了部分切削参数对17-4PH叶片钢切削力的影响,为合理选择切削参数提供了一定依据。
In metal cutting process, it is required to keep a suitable metal removal rate, ensure the machi- ning quality and reduce the wear of cutting tools as much as possible. Cutting force is an important factor which influents processing quality and cutting tool life, hence we carried on an orthogonal experiment to analysis the effects of cutting parameters on cutting force in milling 17-4PH blade steel, offering a foun- dation to reasonably select cutting parameters.
