摘要
分别采用分光光度法和黏度测定法探讨了木薯淀粉中掺杂普通玉米淀粉比例的检测方法。结果表明,混合淀粉中木薯淀粉所占比例与样品吸光值和峰值黏度均呈显著正相关性。根据这两种方法所得的回归方程,能够方便、快速且准确地鉴别木薯淀粉中掺杂玉米淀粉的比例。
The portion of corn starch mixed in tapioca starch was detected using spectrophotometric and viscosity method. The results showed that the absorbance and peak viscosity of the mixture were highly related to the proportion of tapioca starch. The portion of tapioca starch mixed in the corn starch could be easily, quickly, and accurately detemined according to the regression equations obtained .
