摘要
详细介绍了压力传感器混合信号调理电路的设计,使用经典的三运放方式组成仪表放大电路,实现了模拟量的放大输出及归一化,采用二阶有源滤波电路抑制噪声的干扰,使用AVR单片机对模拟信号进行采样处理并控制开关量的输出,采用数字滤波、开关量阀值等方法保证控制的精度。设计了上位机的通讯软件,使用RS232通讯实现远程实时设定。设计电路模拟量输出为0.5-4.8V,输出纹波小于20mV,可以实现多路开关量的控制,控制的压力阈值为20kPa.
The mixed-signal conditioning circuits for pressure sensor were designed. The classic three operational amplifiers were applied to achieve the amplification and normalization of analog signal output. The second-order fiher circuits were designed to suppress the noise interference. The AVR microcontroller was used to sample, process the an'dog signal and to control the output of the switch. The digital filtering and the switch amount threshold method were used to guarantee the control accuracy. PC communi- cation software was designed,and the RS232 communication was applied for remote real-time setting. The designed circuit analog output is from 0.5 V to 4.8 V, the output ripple is less than 20 mV,the designed circuit can achieve multi-way switch control and 20 kPa pressure control threshold.
