摘要
综述了银/氧化锌纳米复合材料的制备方法,主要包括溶胶-凝胶法、水热合成法、蒸气沉积法、光合成法、配位均匀共沉淀法以及固相法.分析比较了这些方法的基本原理、制备过程及优缺点,并阐述了银/氧化锌纳米复合颗粒在光催化、无机抗菌等方面的应用.
The preparation methods of Ag/ZnO nanocomposites is reviewed in this paper, including sol-gel method, hydrothermal synthesis method, vapor deposition, photosynthetic method, laser composite heating method and solid phase method. Comparative analysis of the basic principles of these methods, the preparation process and the advantages and disadvantages have been made,and the applications of Ag/ZnO nanocomposite particles in photocatalysis, inorganic antibacterial have been expounded.
