摘要
采用人工破损实验的方法,利用电化学阻抗谱技术研究了涂层不同破损程度对其防护性能的影响,并提取了涂层破损失效程度评价参数。研究发现,当破损率K≤万分之0.04时,涂层仍然具有良好的防护性能,当破损率K〉7.11%00时,涂层的防护性能基本丧失,当破损率K介于两者之间时,涂层还具有一定的防护性能;高频区2.4kHz处的相位角与低频阻抗模值存在良好的相关性,据此可以对该类涂层破损失效程度进行快速有效的评价。
There are inevitably local damages for the organic composite coating of the military vehicle. The impact of the dif- ferent extent of damage on protective performance of the coating with artificial defect is studied by EIS technology. The re- sults indicate that, for the studied coating system, when the breakage rate K is less than or equal to 0.04‰o, the coating still has good protective performance, when K is higher than l 7.1‰o,the performance of the coating is very low, but when K fell in between them, the protective performance of the coating is just favorable; there is a good correlation between the value of the phase angle of 2.4kHz and the one of impedance at 0.1Hz, which can provide a rapid and effective evaluation method on the damage failure degree of the organic coating of military vehicle, which can also provide some available theo- retical basis for the degradation assess of this kind of coating on the spot.
