摘要
针对只能开设常规控制实验,而无法开展智能控制实践教学的现状,运用Step7和组态王软件,在已有的A3000过程控制实验装置的基础上设计双容液位模糊PID控制系统。着重介绍该系统的模糊PID控制策略、程序开发、监控界面设计及系统运行调试等。
Considering the fact that only conventional control experiments can be implemented in teaching practice,making use of Step7 and KingVIEW software to design fuzzy-PID control system for the liquid level in the existing A3000 processes control experimental device was implemented,including the introduction of the system's fuzzy-PID control strategy,program development,design of monitoring interface and system operation and commissioning.
