摘要
在遥感和GIS技术支持下,利用1∶1万高精度DEM,叠加土地变更调查数据、土地利用总体规划及其他相关规划成果数据,提取研究区低丘缓坡土地空间分布信息,统计低丘缓坡的地类、面积;基于优先补充耕地和可持续发展两个开发利用目标,结合对研究区水资源、地质灾害、水土流失、生态环境等进行前期调查分析,采用相对高差、坡度、土壤厚度、地质灾害、水源保障度、石漠化程度、交通可达性等多因子加权法,避开不利因素的影响,对低丘缓坡土地开发适宜性进行划分和测算。研究表明:在脆弱生态环境条件约束下的研究区,低丘缓坡土地适宜开发面积有限(占土地总面积的5.84%),用于建设比农用效益好,开发利用必须坚持生态优先、节约集约,合理布局优势产业,确立适宜的资源开发模式与强度。
By applying the data of land use planning, land use change survey and other plans, we extracted the spatial information of gentle slopes and calculated the areas and types of gentle slopes based on the GIS and 1 : 10000 DEM. we surveyed and assessed according to the principles of sustainable development and priority of arable land suppleinent, and together with situation of geological hazards, soil and water loss, water resources and eco - environ- ment. We avoided the negative factors impacts, then elassified and ealculated the feasibility of development by weigh- ting factors of relative relief, the degree of water insurances, karst desertifieation, gradient, soil thickness. The re- search showed that in ecological fragile areas, the suitable development proportion should be limited (occupies 5. 84% of the total land) , the benefits for construction use is better than for agriculture; the ecological protection should take priority to others in development, the development should be based on the principles of saving and inten- sive using, reasonable locating of superior industries and set certain modes and degree of development.
