摘要
以保障流域水体功能改善为导向、河流水环境容量改善和调控为切入点,对于不同的调度情景,通过水质、水量仿真模型模拟调度过程,给出调度方案集。针对辽河流域的具体情况,将辽河流域水质水量联合调度方案综合评价从物理特性、社会经济、自然环境、野生动植物影响等4个方面构建由14个评价指标组成的联合调度评价体系,采用FuzzyAHP方法实现对不同调度方案的评价。
In order to protect the water feature,improve and regulate the water environmental capacity,we gave different scheduling scenarios. By simulation model of water quantity and quality,it could simulate scheduling process,and give a set of scheduling scheme. According to the actual situation of the Liaohe River,we built 14 evaluation indexes from four aspects of the physical characteristics,socio-economic and natural environ-ment and wildlife,and used the Fuzzy-AHP method to evaluate the different plan of joint regulation.
