摘要
对靖边气田9个集气站一级双筒卧式重力分离器的运行效果进行了评价。现工况下分离器的实际处理量均小于最大理论处理量,表明重力沉降区工作正常;大多数分离器的弦丝捕雾网损坏严重,无法正常工作;分离器出口仍含有微量游离水,表明现有的一级重力分离工艺不能满足分离要求,需要增加二级过滤分离器,完善集气站的气液分离工艺。
The operation effect of one stage separation process with double tank horizontal gravity separator was evaluated in 9 gas gathering stations of Jingbian gas field. On present operation conditions, the actual handling capacity is lower than the maximum theoretical capacity, it showed that the gravity settling region worked properly. Most of the string wire mist catching nets were damaged and became invalid. There were trace free water in the outlet of the separator, it showed that one stage separation process couldn't meet the separation requirement, and two stage separation process with filter separator was necessary to improve the effect of gas-liquid separation.
