流动注射-化学发光法测定药物制剂及生物流体中的(R)5-(2-氨基丙基)-2-甲氧基苯磺酰胺

摘要 建立了快速灵敏测定皮克级(R)5.(2-氨基丙基)-2-甲氧基苯磺酰胺(月型手性胺)的流动注射.化学发光法。以R型手性胺对鲁米诺.牛血清白蛋白化学发光强度显著的抑制作用为基础,建立了化学发光强度降低值与尺型手性胺浓度对数值的线性关系,线性范围为0.03—70ng/mL,检出限为10pg/mL(3叮)。本方法成功用于盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊及人体唾液、尿液及血清中冗型手性胺的测定,回收率为96.0%-104.2%,相对标准偏差小于4.0%(n=7)。 An ultrasensitive and rapid flow injection-chemiluminescence method for the determination of (R) -5-(2-amino-propyl) -2-methoxy-benzenesulfonamide ( R-APMB ) at pictogram level in pharmaceuti- cal preparations and biological fluids is established, based on the inhibitory effect of R-APMB on luminol bull serum albumin CL reaction in the flow injection system. The decrement of CL intensity is linearly pro- p?rtional to the logarithm of R-APMB concentration ranging from 0.03 to 70 ng/mL, with the limit of de- tection of 10 pg/mL (3or). This method has been successfully applied to the determination of R-APMB in tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules and human saliva, urine and serum samples with the recoveries of 96.0% - 104.2% and the RSD of less than 4.0% ( n = 7).
