摘要
以湖南省张花高速公路酉水大桥(80 m+145 m+80 m)斜交高墩大跨度连续箱梁桥为工程背景,介绍了斜交高墩日照温度作用的基本理论及有限元分析方法。应用ANSYS有限元软件,建立了酉水大桥斜交高墩日照温度效应计算模型,分析了主桥墩在日照温度效应下的温度场特征,对比理论分析与实测温度,并分析了日照温度作用下高墩施工线形影响,根据日照温度墩顶位移近似解析解提出了施工中控制墩身变形和轴线偏位的方法,为高墩施工的线形控制提供一定的参考。
On the background of Youshui Bridge,a 80 m + 145 m + 80 m casting prestressed box girde continuous bridge of high skew pier large span cantilever of Zhanghua highway in Hunan province,the basic theory of sunlight temperature effect on high skew pier and finite element analysis method were introduced.Thermal effect analysis model of the high skew pier of Youshui bridge was built by use of finite element analysis software ANSYS,the structure temperature field characteristic of the main bridge pier by the effect of sunshine was analyzed with theoretical analysis result compared to the actual temperature distribution.The high skew pier construction line shape under the influence of sunshine temperature was analyzed,and the construction method was proposed to control pier top displacement and axis deflection according to the approximate analysis solution of sunshine temperature,which can provide reference for high pier alignment control on construction.
