摘要
以酚醛树脂对SBS进行化学改性,制得酚醛改性SBS树脂;该改性树脂配以液体石蜡、气相二氧化硅、滑石粉、消泡剂等,制成化铣保护涂料;该化铣涂料侵蚀比小、刻线平直、漆膜硬度大、化铣后变色小,漆膜外观好、可重复利用性强。
SBS modified phenolic resin was synthesized. The protective coating of chemical milling was prepared by adding liquid paraffin, fumed silica, talcum powder, defoamer and so on into the modified resin. The coating showed low ero- sion ratio, perpendicular reticule, good coating hardness, small photochromism after chemical milling, good coating appear- ance and reusability.
