摘要
分析了平衡电抗器在电解铝用大功率桥式多重整流电路中的作用,对多重整流电路稳态运行等效电路采用谐波分析法进行计算,得出了保证各整流单元并联运行的平衡电抗器电感值的计算方法。在对平衡电抗器临界电感值分析的基础上研究了电解铝实际应用中采用直流母线起到平衡电抗器的作用。最后通过仿真实验验证了平衡电抗器电感值计算方法的准确性及直流母线电感可起到平衡电抗器作用的可行性。
The effect of balancing reactor in high power multiple rectifying circuit for electrolytic aluminum was analyzed. The way for calculating the balancing reactor's inductance which makes rectifier units parallel working was got though using harmonic to analyze the equivalent circuit of multiple rectifying circuit. On the base of analyzing the critical value, using DC bus to make the effect of balancing reactor was studied. The result of simulation showes that the way for calculating the balancing reactor's inductance is correct and the feasibility of using DC bus to make the effect of balancing reactor.
