不同茶树品种种子萌发特性的研究 被引量:7

Studies of Seed Germination Characteristics on Different Varieties of Tea Plant [Camellia sinensis(L.) O. Kuntze]

摘要 了解茶树品种茶籽发芽特性,是茶树种子实生苗培育和促进茶树种质资源利用的重要条件。本试验选用云抗10号、九龙袍和昌宁大叶种3个茶树品种茶籽,对其进行休眠、激素(GA和6-BA)和低温(8℃)催芽处理,30 d后观测各处理茶籽的萌发率和发芽指数,旨在探讨不同茶树品种种子萌发特性。结果表明:茶籽后熟休眠处理均能显著提高3个茶树品种的萌发率和萌发指数;200 mg/L GA和6-BA激素浸种和低温处理使云抗10号和昌宁大叶种2个茶树品种的萌发率显著提高(P<0.05),而九龙袍茶树品种的发芽率反而显著降低(P<0.05)。茶树品种对各休眠处理反应有显著差别,其中品种和GA处理与茶籽萌发率分别呈显著正相关关系(r=0.91和0.72,P<0.05)。 It is very important that we understood the seed germination characteristics of different varieties,to seedling cultivation and germplasm resources utilization of tea plant.We selected and observed seed germination rate and germination index of three tea plant varieties:Camellia sinensis var.assamica cv.Yunkang 10,C.sinensis cv.Jiulongpao and C.sinensis var.assamica cv.Changning-dayecha by dormancy,hormone (GA and 6-BA) and low temperature (8℃) treatments under 30 days artificial culture test using adjustable temperature and humidity incubator,aiming to understand the germination response of different varieties of tea plant to seed dormancy,hormone and low temperature treatment.The results indicated that seed dormancy could obviously improve germination ratio and germination index of three varieties,and the seed germination rate of C.sinensis var.assamica cv.Yunkang 10 and C.sinensis var.assamica cv.Changning-dayecha singnificant increased but that of the C.sinensis cv.Jiulongpao was singnificantly reduced under 200 mg/L GA and 6-BA hormone and low temperature treatments (P 〈 0.05).Responses of different varieties tea seeds to breaking dormancy had significant differences (P 〈 0.05).The varieties and GA soaking were significantly positive correlated with the tea seed germination rate (r =0.91 and0.72,P〈 0.05).
