摘要
探讨普洱茶(熟茶)、铁观音、红茶对高脂饮食诱发的营养性肥胖大鼠的减肥作用;将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、高脂模型组、药物组以及(低、中、高剂量)普洱茶(熟茶)、铁观音、红茶组(0.5,1.0,2.0g/kg)。试验大鼠灌胃受试茶样水浸提物30 d后采血牺牲,测定其血清中胰脂肪酶的活性,并采集腹部脂肪组织进行病理检测;与高脂模型组比较,灌胃普洱茶(熟茶)、铁观音和红茶均能有效地抑制试验大鼠体重的增长(P<0.05),并对摄食量无显著影响(P>0.05);(中、高剂量)普洱茶(熟茶)组、(低、中、高剂量)铁观音组、(低、中剂量)红茶组大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)浓度显著降低(P<0.05);各茶汤灌胃组大鼠血清中甘油三酯(TG)浓度显著降低(P<0.05);普洱茶(熟茶)、铁观音和红茶各剂量组均能抑制试验大鼠腹部脂肪细胞的增大(P<0.05)。普洱茶(熟茶)、铁观音、红茶对营养性肥胖大鼠均有不同程度的减肥作用,其中普洱茶(熟茶)的作用最显著。
The subsidiary protective effects of fermented Pu-erh tea,Tieguanyin and black tea on losing weight in hyperlipidemia model rats were investigated.Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group,hyperlipidemia model group,low,medium and high dose group of fermented Pu-erh tea,tieguanyin and black tea,which were 0.5,1.0,2.0 g/kg,respectively.All rats were sacrificed after 30 days' test feeding,determined levels of pancreatic lipase activity transaminase activity and pathological changes of the adipocyte were observed.Compared with the hyperlipidemia model group,fermented Pu-erh tea,Tieguanyin and black tea groups could effectively restrain the increasing weight of the rats.Serum levels of total cholesterol (TC) in medium,high dose group of the fermented Pu-erh tea,low,medium and high dose group of Tieguanyin and low,medium dose group of the black tea significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05).Serum levels of triglycerides (TG) in Fermented Pu-erh tea,Tieguanyin and black tea groups significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05).Fermented Pu-erh tea,Tieguanyin and black tea could restrain abdominal fat cells largen.Fermented Pu-erh tea,Tieguanyin and black tea have different degrees of protection to obesity.And that high does group of fermented Pu-erh tea has the most obvious effect.
