摘要
通过实验室内培养实验,研究了不同藻体密度及不同营养盐添加条件下,浒苔生长对水体营养盐浓度的影响。结果表明,藻体密度越大对NO3-N和PO4-P的吸收速率越大。当藻体密度大于2.0 g/L时,NO3-N和PO4-P浓度降至最低值后出现波动现象。非外加氮源NH4-N浓度变化趋势为"减-增-减",且升高趋势明显高于NO3-N和PO4-P,NH4-N浓度与pH同时达到最大值。当藻体密度为2.0 g/L或更高时,不同营养盐添加方式对培养介质中NO3-N浓度影响差异不大;当藻体密度较低时,相比于添加N组和添加N、P、Si组,添加N、P组中NO3-N浓度下降趋势更缓慢,浒苔对N的需求大于对P的需求。
In order to study the effects of the growth of Enteromorpha prolifera on nutrients,experiments with various densities of algae and various types nutrients were conducted.Results showed that the absorption rate of NO3-N and PO4-P increased when the density of algae increased.It was good for absorption of NO3-N when pH was low.When the density of algae was more than 2.0 g/L,concentrations of NO3-N and PO4-P dropped to minimum value and then waved within a narrow range until the end of experiments.NH4-N was a non-plus nitrogen,the concentration of which increased much more observably than NO3-N and PO4-P after a small decrease at the beginning and decreased at the end of experiment.NH4-N concentration and pH reached maximums at the same time.Compared to group Ⅰadding N and group Ⅲ adding of N,P and Si,NO3-N concentration in medium of low density of algae decreased more slowly in group Ⅱ adding N and P.E.prolifera demand more N than P.When density of algae was higher than 2.0 g/L,the difference of NO3-N concentration among three groups was not obvious.
