摘要
目的研究苯磺酸氨氯地平联合缬沙坦对高血压患者血压和蛋白尿的影响。方法选择高血压并伴有蛋白尿检测阳性的患者90例,按照随机数表法分为A,B,C 3组,各30例。A组患者采用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,B组患者采用缬沙坦治疗,C组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗。对3组患者治疗前后血压、蛋白尿水平进行比较。蛋白尿的测定采用免疫比浊法。结果治疗8个月后,3组患者的收缩压和舒张压与治疗前相比均显著降低(P<0.05),C组患者降低幅度更明显(P<0.05);3组患者的蛋白尿水平与治疗前相比均显著降低(P<0.05),C组患者降低幅度更明显(P<0.05);在研究中还发现,血压的变化与蛋白尿的水平呈正相关(r=0.61,P<0.05)。结论采用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗高血压,效果良好,明显优于单用苯磺酸氨氯地平或缬沙坦。高血压患者的血压变化与蛋白尿水平呈正相关。
Objective To study the influence of amLodipine besylate valsartan blood pressure in patients with hypertension and protein- uria. Methods 90 patients with hypertension with proteinuria detected positive patients were randomLy divided into three groups A, B, C, 30 patients in each group. Group A were treated with amLodipine hesylate treatment of patients, group B were treated with valsartan treatment of patients, C group were treated with amLodipine besylate valsartan treatment of patients. After treatment, the before and after treatment of blood pressure, proteinuria level of the three groups' patients were compared and analysed. Proteinuria was measured by tur- bidimetric immunoassay. Results After eight months of drug treatment, A, B, C three groups of patients with systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly reduced, and after treatment was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05), group C treatment blood pressure reduction was significantly higher than A,B two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0. 05). After the treatment,the average level of A, B, C three groups of patients with proteinuria were significantly reduced( P 〈 O. 05),but the group C after treatment the patient's pro- teinuria reduction was significantly higher than A, B group. It has statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). During the correlation analysis of blood pressure and proteinuria,changes in blood pressure and proteinuria levels were positively correlated( r =61, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion the effect of amLodipine besylate valsartan in patients with hypertension treatment, is good, and is much better than amLodipine besy- late used alone or valsartan. Changes in blood pressure in patients with hypertension and proteinuria levels were positively correlated.
