摘要
在构建全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会的过程中,开展科学研究、撰写与发表学术论文成了许多社会成员自我发展、自我提升的重要途径。撰写、发表学术论文成了各教育、科研机构及行业、职业有志于学术研究者关注与探讨的问题。编辑、作者、读者以期刊为核心共同构建了具有特定的学术文化氛围的生态系统。在这个系统中,他们虽然扮演的角色各有不同,但通过明确定位,才能有效促进期刊的发展,提高学术水平,更好地服务于社会。
During the period of building a national lifelong learning of the learning society, researching the science, writing and publishing the academic papers have been tools chosen by many social members as their self-development and self-enhancement. Therefore, researching the science,writing and publishing the academic papers are have been focused on and discussed by the teachers and researchers. Meanwhile, the editors, the authors and the readers around the core journals are building a biological system together with some special academic cultural atmosphere. In this system, though their characters are different, they should know well their characters and identify their positions clearly, then they will be able to make the journals progress effectively, and to promote their academic levels, and to serve for the society better.
