摘要
为了为肝癌细胞毒性 T细胞疫苗设计、构建及免疫治疗策略的决策提供体外实验研究依据 ,采用免疫细胞化学 L SAB法及流式细胞术观察了体外培养人肝癌细胞的 HL A- 类抗原表达情况。结果显示 ,人肝癌细胞株 Alexander、Hep G2、SMMC- 772 1、QGY- 770 3都有较强的 HL A- 类抗原表达 ,这使细胞毒性 T细胞杀伤肝癌细胞成为可能。
This study was conducted to provide in vitro experimental basis for the decision making of design strategy of hepatocellular carcinoma CTL Vaccine. The expression of HLA Ⅰ antigens in hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines was investigated through flow cytometry and LSAB assay of immunocellular chemistry. The results showed that all the human hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines tested had strong constitutive expression of HLA Ⅰ antigens.These make it possible that cytotoxic T cells can kill the hepatocellular carcinoma cells.
