摘要
目的 :探讨地塞米松对家兔角膜碱烧伤的保护作用。方法 :复制兔右眼角膜碱烧伤模型 ,实验组于烧伤后每日以地塞米松球结膜下注射 ,对照组于烧伤后每日以等剂量生理盐水球结膜下注射 ,各组左眼为正常对照组。分别于第 1、4、8、1 6、3 2及 64天测量各组丙二醛 (MDA)的含量及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的活性。结果 :烧伤后的第 1、4、8、1 6、3 2天 ,实验组MDA含量显著低于对照组 ;其SOD活性则明显高于对照组 ,结果有显著性差异。结论 :地塞米松有明显的抗脂质过氧化损伤的作用 ,能促进碱烧伤后角膜组织的恢复。
Objective To research the protective effect of dexamethasone in corneal burn by alkali in rabbits.Method Copy the model of corneal alkali burn in right eye while the left eye as normal contrast.The model rabbits were divided into two groups and treated with dexamethasone and normal saline respectively through subbulboconjanctival injection,then the MDA level and SOD activity were measured.Results On the 4th,8th and 32nd days after the burning,the MDA level of experimental group was markedly lower than that of control group,while the SOD activity of experimental group was remarkably higher than that of control group.Conclusion Dexamethasone has marked anti lipid peroxidation effect,thereby can obviously promote the corneal repaire after alkali burn.
