摘要
采用离子印迹技术,以Pb2+作为模板离子,制备新型Pb2+印迹凹土/壳聚糖有机-无机杂化材料,利用平衡吸附法研究了印迹材料的制备工艺和选择识别能力,并运用多种技术手段进行了表征。结果表明,最佳制备工艺为:反应温度55℃,反应时间3.0 h,体系pH值5.0,Pb2+模板-CA与交联剂质量比1∶5。印迹材料对Pb2+最大吸附量为45.78 mg/g,相对Ca2+选择性系数为96.08,其对Pb2+具有较强的选择性识别能力,重复使用性能稳定。
A Pb2+-imprinted chitosan/attapulgite composite materials sorbent was prepared by surface imprinted method. The adsorption preparation technology and selective recognition ability of the imprinted sorbent were studied by equilibrium-adsorption method, and have been characterized by a variety of technical means. The results showed that the optimum technology of preparation of the composite sorption materials had been explored: the reaction temperature, reaction time, reaction system pH value and templates-CA and crosslinker ratio were 55℃, 3.0 h, 5.0 and 1 : 5, respectively, and the maximum static adsorption capacity of the imprinted sorbent to Pb2+ was 45.78 mg/g, relative selectivity coefficient is 96.08, and the imprinted sorbent could be used repeatedly and indicated high selectivity for Pb2+.
