防旋股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折17例 被引量:12

摘要 目的总结防旋股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床经验的资料。方法回顾分析2009年9月-2010年12月,我科采用防旋股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折17例。结果 17例均获8-16个月随访,骨折全部愈合。按Harris髋关节功能评分:优13例,良3例,中1例。结论防旋股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折是一种理想的手术方法。
