摘要
通过对钻井历史数据进行可视化分析,得出深井钻井最后500m井段具有在全井钻井周期与完井周期中占比高、事故占比高、解卡成功率低、处理事故耗时长等特殊现象,简要分析了其形成原因,并就创新提速管理模式、优选提速井段、改进钻井设计、确保精细操作的持续性、优化事故处理决策等方面提出了建议。
Through the visual analysis of drilling history data, it is tound thal in drilling the final 500m of a well, drilling lime ralin and aceidenl ratio are high, unfreezing success ralio is low and the time ratio for dealing with accident is high. The factors causing the phenomena are analyzed, and some suggests are proposed on innovating management mode for increasing drilling speed, optimizing well segment in which drilling speed can be increased, improving drilling design, ensuring the eontinuity of fine operation and opti- mizing accident dealing with decision-making.
