几种松木在不同条件下的热解失重研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用热重分析法研究了4种常见松木(白松、黄花松、油松、樟松)的热解行为,研究了升温速率、气氛、空气流速对热分解的影响。结果表明,4种松木热解失重过程相似,热解参数略有差别;随着升温速率增加,松木热解的TG曲线和DTG曲线整体向高温区移动,每个热解阶段的起始温度和终止温度也向高温区轻微移动;松木在空气中热解比在氮气中剧烈,反应进行得完全;随着空气流速增大,TG曲线整体向左移动,整个反应进程加快,热解更加完全。 The pyrolysis characteristics of four kinds of pines (white pine, Huanghua pine, oil pine, Zhang pine) were stud- ied by TGA. The influence on the pyrolysis of several im- portant factors (heating speed, atmosphere, air flow rate) was studied. The experiment showed that as the heating speed in- creases, the TG and DTG curves of pines shift toward the high temperature zone, the beginning and the last temperature of each stage moves toward the high temperature zone slightly. The pyrolysis of pine in the air is more dramatic and complete than that in the nitrogen. As the air flow rate increase, the TG curves shift toward left. The whole reaction process speeds up and the pyrolysis is more completely. The pyrolysis process of the four kinds of pines is similar, but the pyrolysis parameters are different slightly.
