摘要
以标准化病人为载体的OSCE是符合全球医学教育最基本要求(GMER)评价目的各种评价手段的综合体,是国际上目前全面的先进的临床技能评价体系。在传统多站考核基础上,建设规范的OSCE考站(15站)、培训合格的标准化病人(SP),改革临床技能考核体系、考试内容及匹配的试题库系统,逐步建立起创新型SP/OSCE考核体系,应用于课程、实习及毕业考试的临床技能考核,正确、客观、公正评估医学生临床技能,具有有效性、可靠性、先进性、真实性,可延续性、可重复性、针对性强等优点,是一种与创新性医学人才培养相匹配的科学先进的考核体系。
As the can＇ier,SP/OSCE is the complex of various evaluation tools for evaluation purposes to meet the most basic require-ments of the global mininmm essential requirements in medical education （GMER）. It is an advanced comprehensive clinical skills e-valuation system currently. On the basis of the traditional muhi-station, innuvative SP / OSCE assessment including specifications OSCE stations （ 15 stations）, qualified standardized patients （SP） and the matching test database system is required to assess the clin- ical skills in internships,novitiate and graduation exams. It is a scientific evaluation system matching the innovative personnel training, superior in validity, reliability, progressiveness, continuity and repeatability.
