摘要
目的探讨口腔门诊患者随访制度在临床工作中的应用及其作用。方法按照随机数字表法选择在该院就诊的80例患有口腔疾病的患者作为研究对象,观察组40例,对患者电话随访,进行口腔卫生保健行为随访干预;对照组40例,实施自我管理。比较两组之间的治疗效果和满意度差异。结果随访后,观察组口腔维护行为改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组依从率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05);两组之间因复杂治疗计划而影响依从性的人数差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在临床工作中通过实施随访制度有利于提高口腔门诊患者的依从性,使患者配合治疗,改善不良口腔卫生维护行为,提高治疗效果。
Objectlve To investigate application and effect of follow - up system in stomatological outpatients. Methods 80 patients with oral diseases were selected. In observation group there were 40 cases, in which telephone follow - up was used to intervene oral health care behavior; in control group there were 40 cases, in which self - management was taken. Treatment effect and satisfaction differ- ences between the two groups were compared. Results Oral health care behavior was improved better than control group after follow - up ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; adherence rates of observation group ( 92.5 % ) was significantly higher than control group ( 70.0% ) ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; The num- ber of adherence people affected due to the complexity of the treatment plan had significant differences between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Follow - up system in patients of stomatological outpatients can improve adherence, make patients cooperate with the treatment, and improve the poor oral heahh care behavior and the therapeutic effect.
