Eu^(3+)在SiO_(2)气凝胶薄膜中的发光动力学过程

摘要 利用溶胶-凝胶法制得了Eu3+掺杂SiO2气凝胶薄膜,通过原子力显微镜对样品的形貌结构进行了观测,测量了样品的激发-发射光谱和时间分辨光谱,研究了Eu3+的发光动力学过程,所得结论与实验值的拟合结果相一致。 The Eu3+ ion doped SiO2 aerogel thi n film were prepared by sol-gel process. The surface structure of fil m were observed by AFM. The excitation, emission, and time-resolved spec tra were measured. The time-resolved spectra show that the emission f rom 5D1 were decay, while the ones from 5D0 show a increasing process in decay process. The luminescent dynamics were discussed to explain these decay process, and the solutions obtained can by compare d to the computer simulation with the experimental results.
