摘要
目的观察通心络胶囊辅助治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法将120例首次发病的急性脑梗死患者随机分成对照组和治疗组各60例,对照组予以常规治疗即抗血小板或抗凝、调脂治疗、脑保护、防治并发症等;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用通心络胶囊,疗程均为30 d。2组治疗前后分别检测血清高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)浓度、血脂及血液流变学指标,并进行神经功能缺损评分和改良Barthel指数评分。结果治疗组总有效率85.0%高于对照组的75.0%(P<0.05)。治疗30 d后,2组神经功能缺损评分、改良Barthel指数评分均有改善,但治疗组改善更明显(P均<0.05)。2组血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6浓度均明显下降,且治疗组较对照组下降明显,治疗组血脂及血液流变学指标亦较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊辅治急性脑梗死,相比单一西药治疗疗效更好。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of patients with acute cere bral infarction. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with first onset of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routine therapy, anti-platelet or anticoagulant, lipid lowering therapy, cerebral protec- tion, prevention and treatment of complications. The treatment group was treated with Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of con- trol group, for 30d, the concentrations of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), tumor necrosis factorc^(TNF- ct), interleukin-6 (IL-6), bIood fat and hemorrheology indices were detected before and after treatment in two groups, and the neural function defect score and modified Barthel index score were also been detected. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 83.3% , control group was 75.0% , the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05). After 30d treatment, nerve function deficit score, modified Barthel index scores of the two groups were improved, but the treatment group improved more obviously( P 〈0.05), the concentration of serum hs-CRP, TNF-αand IL-6 decreased significantly compared with the control group, blood fat and hemorrheology indexes improved significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Conclusion The assistant treatment of Tongxinluo capsule combined with routine western medicine in acute cerebral infarction, compared with single western medicine treatment, the curative effect is better.
