摘要
从精神、物质、制度及行为四个层面分析目前高职院校创业文化存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施。高职院校在进行创业文化建设时需要转变就业观念;正确认识学生创业;丰富创业活动;加大宣传力度;在校园环境中增加创业文化元素;开发校园经营项目;加强创业教育师资队伍建设;完善相关考核与激励机制;完善资金保障机制;使学生做到创业实践与遵守学校规章制度不冲突;倡导规范的创业教育及创业实践行为;倡导正能量的言论。最后进一步总结出高职院校进行创业文化建设的意义。
we analysis the current problems of four aspects of material, spiritual system and measures. Higher vocational colleges should e entrepreneurial culture in higher vocational colleges from behavior, and put forward the corresponding settlement hange the idea of employment in the entrepreneurial culture construction, understanding of students＇ Entrepreneurship correctly, increasing entrepreneurial activity, strengthening propaganda, increasing entrepreneurial culture elements in campus environment, developing campus management items, strengthening the construction of teachers＇ team of entrepreneurial education, improving the relevant assessment and incentive mechanism, enabling the students to practice and to obey the school rules without conflict, advocating the norms of entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial practice behavior, advocating the positive energy of speech. Finally, we further summarize the construction significance of entrepreneurial culture in higher vocational colleges.
